I was watching 30 days of ableton and on day 2 he mentioned that the swing knob gets its quantization from the MPC groove. Is that groove built in the hardware or is a default groove when plugging in the push in live?

Push is just a Controller which controls Live

some pushes groovier
some push me up

its just like in the disco
push is just a better mpc or a apc without faders
a launchpet with pushpads
a grid with blinking lights and a strip to touch.

da default groove has to come from your fingers :-)
