Should Gigastudio be able to hang off the back of Live as a Rewire?

Gigastudio works fine as a slave to Sonar but when I try the same with Live (i.e. start Live first) then Gigastudio - and patch live to the Gigastudio, arm the track etc. Gigastudio doesn't play.

Not only that but after this, if I stop Live and restart Gigastudio it fails to work even stand-alone until I restart the machine.

Does anyone have it working?

--> this means that gigastudio proces hangs while ableton is running: you might close the application , but the gigastudio proces will still run in the background (because it partially crashed , it never stopped when you closed gigastudio)

-->[CTRL]+[ALT]+[DELETE]

--> taskmanager --> processes (not applications !!!)

--> look for a name like 'giga' or 'studio' or anything that sounds like gigastudio or an abreviation of it

--> End Proces

--> their should be no more gigastudioprocesses running

now you can restart gigastudio without rebooting the machine

(if you don't see a 'gigastudio' proces but a 'live' proces is still running , that means Live crashed instead of gigastudio --> just kill it in the same way)
