Part of me says we should go rescue our mascot, but another part of me says he did it to himself. As he always does. But it’s becoming a bloodbath. Painful.

Agreed on both points
But there is no way to
rescue people from themselves IRL. On the internet?! Forget it!

Well I tried to bring him back but he refuses since Ableton dismantled his open format soapboxes. Even Galt was quick to adapt.

I doubt Galt actually cares much for politics, he likes to catch people where it stings. That can be applied to many areas.
But it is easiest in politics, that's for sure. That's why I think he lost his stride somewhat lately.
But then it's true, the Lounge has gotten quite since the politics ban.

Funk just has to learn where to play the cards.
I think he is trying to be helpful but it's unsolicited and not quite the right place for it... Tips & Tricks would probably be more appropriate, but of course... the audience isn't as big.
regardless... he's going to need his wooden sword and boomerang.
