Sample Rate Problem

I have ONE project that seems to have a sample rate problem. It's a big problem because I cannot export any audio.
Everything was sounding great, but somehow, now everything plays too fast and with a higher pitch. Initially, it was just when exporting. Now, it happens with playback as well.
I have tried two sound cards, deleted the Live preferences to reset, and experimented with 44 and 48 sample rates.
(At first, I could juggle back and forth, and sometimes I could "trick" the system and it would play normal. Now, it's only at a high pitch, and I can't hear it at the normal speed.)
I am using Live 9.1, along with CoreAudio driver and Scarlett 2i2. I also tested with a MobilePre, but no luck with that either.
