How to convert Ableton Push output to standard MIDI pin-out?

How can I convert output from the Ableton Push to standard, round 5-pin MIDI output? A sub-$100 adapter or cable would be best, but if I need to run it through laptop running some sort of conversion/repeater software that's okay too. (Hm, I bet Ableton Live could do this..?)

Tryin to hook my Push up to my XBox360 so I can rip some Rock Band 3:

Got one of these -- this is how you hook up a MIDI keyboard to an XBox360, thinking it's possible to hook up a Push too if I can get the format right:

What are yoy trying to achieve? Using scale mode in the game?

The easiest way would be:

Push>Pc>ableton midi out >midi interface out>Xbox controller in

I want to use the game to practice playing the Push as an instrument, to work on my "chops" as it were.

Yeah I think that'd work - I'll give it a shot after the new year.
