Hi,
I have just the Standard version of Live 9 with Ableton Push and it looks like you can't reverse a sample from push using simpler.
Is there a workaround besides buying an upgrade to Sampler?

No, and you can't even reverse it with Sampler using the Push. Annoying.

You can if you assign it to a macro.

I forgot to include it in my mapping though and will remedy that in an update.

Hmmm, I really like reversing samples in my drum loops so that kind of sucks.
I wonder if augmenting the Push with something like Touchable 2 would get around some of these issues (I know I still can't do it with simpler but...).

Assigning it to a macro is a lame workaround. I don't understand why they can't make every parameter visible in Push.

I'm digging to see if there is a solution. I wonder if there would be some way to take advantage of the looper to sample the sound, reverse it, then get it back onto a pad... hmmm

I have changed the community mapping to Version 1.1

Only the Sampler mapping has changed from Version 1

It has a better layout for all the envelopes which now contain all the slope parameters and Reverse was added to the first page. Enjoy
