Ableton Forum

I have been unable to run the calibration tool, Ableton has been very helpful in providing suggestions to me, but to date we have not met with success. I have re-installed max, made sure the firmweare is 1.13, but the program tells me that I need to update firmware. I ran the max trial a long time ago, and I get a message that the trial is expired if I click on the other icon in the folder. I am on pc, and fear that my running the trial is somehow inhibiting my use of the calibration tool. Anyone have any ides? Otherwise I will have to wait for Ableton ........

Ableton got back to me, apparently the tool has conflicts with XP sp3. WWhen I booted Win 7 on my dual boot, it did not work there either, but thankfully it did just fine on an independent computer....
