Related Scales (use in chord progressions)

I've been trying to figure out how to get accidentals within a given key. One way I am testing now is to use ClyphX to assign related scales in a key according to their root in the "Inkey" scale in a dedicated track. One can then select the chords by simply keying the clip in Launchpad (or any controller, including the computer keyboard) while playing the melody notes in Push (or a second Launchpad) using an instrument in a second track.
This means the cluster form remains the same.
In Live I have a dedicated track for chord changes with the following ClyphX definitions (each group with a different color (The first group is to switch back and forth between Phrygian for Flamenco keeping the same scale structure):
(Flamenco Group - Yellow)
[E] PUSH SCL TYPE PHRYGIAN;PUSH SCL ROOT E;
[E] PUSH SCL TYPE MINOR GYPSY;PUSH SCL ROOT E;
Related Harmonic Minor - Light Green)
[D] PUSH SCL TYPE DORIAN;PUSH SCL ROOT D; (Sub-Dominant Dm)
[A] PUSH SCL TYPE HARMONIC MINOR; PUSH SCL ROOT A; (Tonic Am)
[E] PUSH SCL TYPE MINOR GYPSY;PUSH SCL ROOT E; (Dominant E)
PUSH SCL TYPE LOCRIAN;PUSH SCL ROOT B; (Subst E; (Add G# for E7)
(Related Major - Light Brown)
[F] PUSH SCL TYPE LYDIAN;PUSH SCL ROOT F; (Sub-Dominant - F)
[C] PUSH SCL TYPE MAJOR;PUSH SCL ROOT C; (Tonic - C)
[G] PUSH SCL TYPE MAJOR;PUSH SCL ROOT G; (Dominant G)
[G] PUSH SCL TYPE LOCRIAN;PUSH SCL ROOT B; (Dom substitution; add G for G7)
(Related Minors - Light Blue)
[A] PUSH SCL TYPE MINOR; PUSH SCL ROOT A; (Natural Minor)
[A] PUSH SCL TYPE MELODIC MINOR; PUSH SCL ROOT A; (Melodic Minor)
======================================================================
(One can also add secondary dominants by using different roots)
e.g., use A Major scale as a secondary dominant to D minor chord.....
[A] PUSH SCL TYPE MAJOR; PUSH SCL ROOT A; (Secondary Dominant to Dm)
[D] PUSH SCL TYPE MAJOR; PUSH SCL ROOT D; (Secondary Dominant to G)
This means the cluster form remains the same.
