Tagging mp3s...

Hi guys...
I've created a beat in Ableton Live and I want to submit it to a certain music blog. In their submission guidelines the blog asks for "properly tagged mp3s in 320kbps format".
Can I simply import the exported Ableton created .wav file to itunes...Convert to a 320kbps mp3 file in iTunes...then right click and go to the get info section and fill in the Name, Artist Name, Album, Genre, Year?
I'm getting the impression that "proper tagging" includes more than this..ie..I have to use some tagging/meta Data software other than itunes...am I wrong?
Thanks in advance for the help
