Push + Mikro Mk2 combo, a wet dream?

Hello. I am quite happy with my Push device, and I really don't want to get rid of it. However, the Maschine Mikro Mk2 looks very appealing for a supplement device on my workflow, as I enjoy making hip-hop beats (sampling, chopping stuff) and so on. I'm used to slice up samples with slicing preset on my Push, which works okay, but it doesn't feel quite right. I guess chopping feels better on a device, and the Mikro mk2 offers exactly that, hopefully more effective. The Push have the knobs that I can use for automation stuff, so that's why I wont need the Maschine. I also don't want to get rid of the Push because of all it's features (note, scale mode ++). I was just wondering if anyone here have this tempting combo (push+mikro). Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

The micro lacks the 8 encoders and has less screen space.

These two factors really hurt the micro a lot. It feels cramped. Almost every user I've seen mention mikro ha regretted not going a step up, or actually did make the switch.

Okay thanks! I feel quite dumb. Simply because I didn't thought about the knobs related to the actuall chopping flow. Oh my. Might sound like a bad idea getting the mikro. I guess I'll just stick with the Push. I also have PXT-Live and also PXT-Live Plus. Need to dig deeper into it, though.

I have this combo,

BUT: i didnt used it for slicing beats in maschine. For me it's just another drumbox and effects section i can use (If i need to do 2 things the same time on different outputs).

But i got mine for 185 € (mkI). So it was a nobrainer.

I am satisfied with that setup and wouldnt upgrade to the bigger just for a screen and 8 knobs.
