Have down arrow in Note/Key Mode quantised, not legato?

Hi folks,
Does anyone know how to set the down arrow while in note mode (to trigger the next scene) as a bar/beat quantised value, rather than the existing legato behaviour? It seems to me that this would be more useful when moving through a live set, to save having to switch to clip view to select a new scene, then switch back to continue playing notes.
