Check this out. It takes pitch and velocity and maps it to ccs designated by the numboxs. In order to do midi mapping the usual way you'll have to do a midi loopback using IAC on mac, or LoopMidi, midi ox etc. on PC.
I just gave it a run and it works pretty well. Throw an arpeggiator in between with some smoothing? some serious automation generation possibilities right there.
