Midi effect "Midifilter"

Hi Abletons,
For Liveperformance it is sometimes necessarily to filter out Midi Controller datas, like Prg Change, Hold Pedal, Modulation , Pitch .... I know that there are Max4live devices and also some free VST Plugins, that can do this. But M4l devices and also VST´s add a lot of latency (like Buffersize)to the Track you playing thru. In fact I got instead of my 3ms output latency from the soundcard another 3ms for each instance and this only to filter out some midi controller data.
Live`s own devices are much faster.
An easy to use universal Midifilter for controller data is missing in Live.
