What is the purpose of this ? It feels like being a very dangerous thing on stage.

It's so damned annoying. I much prefer PXT way of navigating but sometimes I forget to switch and I get a completely different set of clips playing suddenly and the mood/flow is gone.
Would much prefer if the current Push method was an alternative SHIFT function.

Ha, so i'm not stupid. I just don't get it. Some basic stuff is really wrong on Push.
PXT is way better, but i find myself needing the user page for custom m4l patch. Annoying !

Ditto. I don't know why it's not optionally quantised, either (am I missing something?).

Ha! I found this to be a feature. I use it in production, it triggers scenes as if all clips were in legato mode, I record the results into arrangement and then consolidate the new patterns back into session. It often works well for making fills or transitions out of material you already have.

Ok, good point, but it should at least require holding shift.

Yes, having to hold shift would be reasonable, safer for performance and more control when to engage 'happy accidents'.
