Reality check, does you push sometimes not work at first?

I am more frequently having to do the turn off/turn back on of push or is just frozen. Anyone else? Should I contact support (which I hate doing because they ALWAYS are so generic)

I experienced it last night actually. I restarted the Push and then Ableton and it worked...no issues since.

Seems to be happening more frequently. I think I'll try changing the usb port.

Hmmm, how long have you guys owned it for? I hope it isn't a problem with a certain "run" during a specific time frame...

what version of live are you on, operating system etc support would need to know all of these. I have seen issues with preferences.cfg from current and older installations becoming corrupt and causing freezing/slow response specifically with some of the betas.
edit. browsing with a tablet missed the op sig not sure about non beta but u could try clearing the preferences config and see if that helps. google it.

No betas on this computer.

same for me, only when I use Push with my Mackie control pro...
The MCU pro freeze all the time, I must turn the jog a awful amount of time or press a button repeatedly to make it work!
I think live ignore some of the first data sent, try to do this also with your push, hit a button many times and see if it work!

Are you still using your stock USB cable. I changed mine for a longer one and had lots of problems like this, plus stuck notes and other strange things. Went back to stock cable and have had no problems since.
