I have purchased Live 9 Standard Education Edition. However, whenever I try to open the .zip file, with or without 7-zip, an error message appears stating that the file is empty, though the file size is recorded in the thousands of kilobytes. The same issue appears when I attempt to download and install the 30-day free trial. What issues may be causing the download to fail?

NOTE: I have since discovered that the problem here is that the download is telling me that it's done after half (about 300 MB out of about 600 MB) has been downloaded. (This is using Google Chrome on a PC.) Do you have any suggestions as to ensure that the download is actually completed?
