Problem rewiring Live 4 with Cubase SX2.

I open the Cubase, select >devices>ableton live,
then run Live and there's a message: "a serious program error has occured...etc". What's wrong? I can't hear music...but session is loaded and play goes on but it doesn't seem to play...
I use EMU 0404 and Live demo 4 now. Peace. ... I would like to record my tracks from Live to Cubase to mix them and add VST's.

I has the same problem with SX3. I wrote to tec support but nothi'n yet.
I tried to make it re-wire cubase and acid and it works great. I think that the problem is with Ableton. What do you think?

You have EMU 0404?
Maybe there's a problem with EMU and Ableton?
Cause I don't think the problem is between EMU and Cubase...I heard that EMU's work great with Cubases.
So > it can be: ableton > cubase
or
ableton> emu
don't know...so what other program is good to record tracks from Ableton Live and there add vst's? I like for xmpl.Vintage Warmer, PSP 84, Spin Audio RoomVerb... I guess I can't use them in Live....And yes - Waves Vst.

No. I have only cubase and live. I've uninstalled other audio programs from my laptop. My opinion is that the problem is with Live, cause Cubase works great.

For recording audio I use Cubase SX3. I think that there you fing the most clear sound, If we talk about recording audio signals.

So - another question. Is there an option to split every mixer track to wave file? Cause I need to add some vst's which I can't use in Live. So which program that works good with vst works good rewired with Live. Or can I split tracks. Please help. Cause one is for sure - I want to use Live.

you could try first starting Cubase and then starting Live, before you select Live within Cubase... works for me.

I have to do something wrong.
The same message appears when I try to rewire Ableton Live 4 with SOnar 4. What's goin on?
...nevermind. I don't need Cubase. All my Vst's are in Live
. sorry.
