Help With exporting Video

Hello AWESOME Ableton dudes & dudettes! 
I am using short-30 seconds to a minute videos I take of me with my iphone 5s. I just email them to myself and drop them right into Ableton Live 9 (windows 7, 64 bit, quad core verrrry powerful machine). All is good until I export audio video it into a movie....at which point I get frame freezing and all sort of weirdness like parts of the video I didn't intend to use etc etc. When I go back and check it within the Ableton project it's fine??????
