Audio clip Pitch automation

Hello,
I would like to do an audio clip automation of pitch going from 0 to +12 semitones in 4 bars....
with a "continuous" curve (not +1 semitone +1 semitone +1 semitone but more continuously)...
How to do that with Live9 ?
Cheers

Go in the envelope control section of the clip, select clip and transposition modulation... put one dot at the beginning and a dot at the end and raise the end dot to where you want it to be. adjust the warp modes to what sounds best. thats it .

automation curve sounds better than straight line to me... I just did it to make sure I gave correct info.

No this doesn't work like it does in SoundForge's "Pitch Shift/Bend" tool.
With Live, even if I draw a continuous curve, the pitch automation is not continuous, the pitch increases by step (+1 semitone, +1 semitone, etc.)
Any idea to do a continuous pitch shift with Live 9 ?
Like a "Siren" sound?

You must have done something different cause it does do smooth continuous pitch change (not in steps).

So if you take a 10 seconds-long constant pitch note (example a 10-seconds sinewave), and you draw a pitch automation curve, it will produce a smooth continuous pitch change, like a siren , are you sure ?

I tried and you're right, it works, as long as you choose Warp = Tones, Complex, Complex pro but not Beats or Re-pitch.
It's possible to create a smooth continuous pitch automation ...
Thanks!

OP wants "smooth" pitch change. That does a stepped change.

That's because you're using the Beat warp mode. Use any other one and it'll be smooth.

The other thing is that it’ll be stepped or smooth based on the x-positions of the nodes. If you keep quantized nodes or use the stepped draw modes, it will be stepped. If you nudge the ones above each other to the left and right a little then it’ll make more of a ramp. This can be done in the smaller scale or on a much larger scale.
