Ableton Forum

Please help, been racking my brain as to why I' m no longer getting a midi signal from Push into Ableton. Also Push doesn' t load up ie no lights on the pads and a message on the Push's display screen 'No Device. Press [browse] to add device', the standard message of course but I press browse and nothing happens.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

I think your push is focused over a track that can't be controlled:

1.- The track is freezed, you can't play the instrument in that track.
2.- The track contains audio clips, so you can't play it, but you should be able to control any fx on it.
3.- The track is a return, same as above.

Solution? Jst move over a track with an instrument that is not freezed.
