The audio previews in the Core Library are really convenient.

As a feature request for a future version, could Live do this automatically while producing the .agr file? After all, Live uses its transient detection information when making. agr files from Audio, just like it does when turning a drum pattern into Midi. And if you start with Midi, the timing is already there.

Perhaps additional fields could be added to the internals of the .agr file in the future to internally include the audio preview data so the previews and groove data could be packaged into the same file?

+1, would be a huge timesaver especially when previewing through big drumkits.
