Ableton Forum

So one thing that REALLY annoys me is the lack of an A/B mixing screen on top of the push. This is the ONLY thing that keeps me from using Push in live scenarios. Without filtering away what the people can hear and what I can hear I'm pretty much not going to make a good impression. The alternative would be to get some kind of hardware mixer, but is there any hardware mixer availale where I can switch A/B on each of the tracks as I see fit?

What REALLY should be available:
There are two distinctly similar buttons beneeath the screen that could've served as two switches between A/B or by hitting both at the same time would make the track output to both A and B. You could for instance trigger this screen by pressing [SHIFT]+[VOLUME].

Ableton: Y U NO MAKE THIS?!?!

Anyways, any suggestions...?

Isn't this what the Cue volume in combination with selective track launching and or cross-fading is for?!
