Same reply as in the other thread, get PXT Live. It does this and it does it in a mode where the 64 pads are used for changing the loops or the start markers within your clips on the fly for clip chopping/looping

Just wondering if you can clarify? Are you talking about toggling the loop brace in Arrangement or Session mode? If arrangement then see the post above

I was talking about session view.
In the clip chop and clip loop mode of PXT you can use the track state buttons to toggle clip loop for 8 neighbouring clips.

and I missed this in the OP:

In PXTs acessory mode you can assign the track state and track select buttons to clyphx actions. So 8 in total.

Sorry Tom, my post was directed at Citizen. I was wanting him to clarify because if he was talking about arrangement view then pxt would be one of the only options. I know that the clip chopping thing is session view I should have been more clear.

M4L is also a solution.
