So.. i have previously downloaded the reverb plugin, which after moving the vst3 file into the VST folder.. it works!!

BUT! Now i have bought the gtr3 plugin and went into WLC and sent the gtr3 licence to my disk. can't find any gtr files on my mac (MAC OS 10.9.3) and what do i do to get the plugin in my ableton?

I just bought the waves CLA compressors, and they didn't show up in Live until I set my custom VST folder to a different folder, re-scanned for vsts, then set it back to the correct folder and scanned again. After that, they showed up.

For me, I always have to rescan the vst folder and the waveshell resets.

Are you on Mac or PC? I seem to remember that for Mac you need to download the offline installer. All 905 gigs of it. And then use that to specifically install the VST you bought.
