Parameter Step Sequencer?

Hi All,

I know with the M4L LFO, you can just map it to any parameter and away you go. Is there an M4L step sequencer that works the same way? Bonus if it can be run from Push for evolving effect step sequences in real time . . . .

One thing that is possible is, of you out notes or drum mode in step sequencing, you can automate fx parameters on that step sequencer via push by holding down a step's pad. It is on some of the introduction to push vids. That requires you to already have a pattern playing though.

Otherwise, I can see why this would be a nice feature to have as a free-running effect. Hmmm

That only works if the effect is on the same track and you've got an instrument going already. I'm thinking of step-automating a delay on a return track or something, or a group of filters on several tracks, or something like that. You can get close with an LFO but of course you're limited by the available wave shapes.

Sure you could build something:

Or how about this with frozen fx: http://www.maxforlive.com/library/device/2385/megaloop

Havent tried it yet but could be push ready with parameters for encoders on the main functions.
