Hi, long time lurker here but you guys all seem to know the ins and outs of Ableton live..is it possible to have a stock ableton vst fx to make me sing like Lana? I love her and think this is the style I want. Also where do I find the kind of clothes she wears? Finally is ableton the right program to sound like Lana? Maybe reason has a better sound for this.. I want to make it big in the industry and having the right daw is important.

the short answer is you can't, not with Live.

you see, Live doesn't support Retina. it also has poor plugin delay compensation and only recently became 64 bit. all of these things keep Live from allowing you to be an artist. Live is holding you back.

You just need to use fourcompressors lined up after each other. Make sure the threshold is set really low and the ratio really high. Should be good to go. You need four though.

Hehehe, her voice is processed amazingly. Great voice, great melody, great compression, and a healthy dose of reverb/delay.
