Odd issue with Push and ASIO buffer sizes

I'm running live 9.1.3 and I've just noticed an odd issue when it comes to Push and ASIO buffer sizes. I'm primarily using a Focusrite 6i6 and I first noticed that the whenever I turn on Push and then start Live 9.1.3 the buttons on along the left and right side of Push do not light up. (Volume, Track, Device, etc). The center pads light as normal. If I start Live first and then start Push after Live has started everything lights as normal. Also if I toggle between User and normal mode not all of the buttons along the left and right side of Push light up. It takes a couple of presses of the User button before they all light up as normal.
At first I thought it was my Focusrite 6i6 driver. I'm using the most current beta version of 3.1.1. I decided to try it with ASIO4ALL driver and the same thing occurred. I also tried it with a Propellerhead Balance 2in 2out Audio interface. The same thing happens as stated above. Upon further troubleshooting I discovered if my ASIO buffer is at 64 and below Push does not always light all the buttons upon starting Live or when toggling the user mode! This happens with the native drivers for each Audio card and the ASIO4ALL driver (latest build).
Now I know my computer will run great with a buffer size of 64 or 32. It's just an annoyance that all the buttons for Push don't light up when I do this which can be an issue when I'm working in dark environments.
I'm on an ASUS N53 Laptop i7 Quad Pentium, 16GB ram, 256GB SSD and a 1TB Hybrid SSD. I will also be reporting this to Ableton Support.
I'm not using any hubs and this problem occurs on my USB 2 and USB 3 ports that are built into my laptop. I don't recall this issue with Live 9.1.2.
Can anyone else confirm this issue?
