Buffer Shuffler 2.0 hi-jacked "undo" and midi record

Dear Ableton guru's,
I'm using Buffer Shuffler 2.0 on one of my midi tracks, and for some reason, after adding it, it seems to have taken over the undo function as well as any midi recording function.
In essence, if I make any other edits (copy/paste) on another track, Ableton doesn't seem to see these changes, but instead, the last "undo" option will be whatever I entered on the Buffer Shuffler. Similarly, if I record midi on another track, buffer shuffler is also recording any modulation or pitch data.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! It's like going back to the days with no undo option! Crazy!
thanks,
JF
