Halp! Video syncing in Live is OFF.

Any reason for this?
whats on the arrangement view and whats bounced is off in timing.
any clue?

maybe you can try
http://www.sounddevices.com/products/waveagent/
It is free application which allows you to change metadata in a file - I use it to put timecode onto wav files (which don't natively have frames). This has saved me a few times from sync drifts, where I have made a soundtrack to a video clip in Live.
