[SOLVED] Large (Visible) Global Quantization (Countdown) Pie Graph

Hi,
I've just started using Ableton and the one thing that has been hard to figure out is, as an instrumental musician, how to know when clip recording is going to begin in the session view. I finally realized that I could create an 8 bar clip in it's own track and, with global quantization set to 8 bars, then I could at least be able to see where I am at any given moment within the eight bars.
But that raises the issue that onstage, I don't want to have to be squinting at a teeny, tiny little pie graphic at the bottom of the track on the laptop screen. So my request is for a much larger pie chart that is tracking the GQ somewhere in the session view UI.
I'll just go one step further and state that a dedicated device for this purpose would be great. For example a USB device that could display the GQ onstage. (Contact me and I can provide a design)
As a performer, I want to be looking at my laptop as little as possible.
