Audio from Looper, sliced to 8th notes on-the-fly HELP

Hey guys, sorry if the title is a little vague. I didn't know how else to put it.
Anyway, I play sax with my Live set. So I'll have the beats running with me soloing on it. I also record 2 bars licks in Looper. Right now I just have some beat repeats etc for a glitch effect but what I'm wondering is, is there a way for me to take the audio I've recorded in Looper, have it sliced to 8th notes (for example) and play those slices using my Trigger Finger, like how anyone would via Drum Racks. All this without the use of a mouse and clicking and dragging.
