Hi, I feel like it's way overdue to get the pitch bend function fixed and if you haven't noticed it happens when you stop your clip after it has pitched up or down as it doesn't seem to reset with 3rd party VSTs / possibly the built in plugins as well and it is a quite annoying having to go into a midi clip and reset the pitch bend manually.

This is indeed really annoying, and has frustrated me since I registered. I really hope they will fix it for Live 10, or even the next Live 9 update.
