Vocal Sampling

Is there anyway for me to extract the vocals out of a track, preferably this track http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mHw0HSZ-Qc
I have tried audacity to remove vocals but couldn't cut enough of the background noise out. Are the any other methods that can be used?
