Logic style audio engine.

Logic is efficient because it has independent playback and recording engines. Whilst it plays back everything at 1024** samples, once you arm a track or monitor, it switches that track to whatever you've set your i/o buffer to.

I understand why Abe doesn't do this due to its real-time "live" nature, but it would be nice to have the ability to turn this functionality off or on. Currently the ability to change plugin buffer is useful (and about halfway there towards fully independent playback and record buffers) but it would be nice if Abe went all out on this one.

**1024 figure is unconfirmed. Some sources say 512, some say 1024, others still say it's 2048. This is further confused (and/or confirmed!) by the fact that Logic has 3 different process buffers: ambiguously entitled small, medium and large.
