My m4l stopped working. It says I need java se 6 runtime. So my java is too new? I have looked for this old java, but I cannot find it. Please help.

I started up a few of my m4l devices and checked Activity Monitor for any instance of Java. There's nothing. I'd say M4L doesn't need Java by default. Something most likely does. a M4L device can run java code or at least call it externally. Please give us more information on what you're M4L devices you're running when you get this message.ivaranz wrote:My m4l stopped working. It says I need java se 6 runtime. So my java is too new? What indicates Max 7 testing here?S4racen wrote:Are you Max 7 testing?
Most testers have upgraded to Yosemite and thats where the common problem of Java has been reported...Stromkraft wrote:What indicates Max 7 testing here?S4racen wrote:Are you Max 7 testing?
OK, but where is java even used? It's not listed among the requirements of Max 6. java doesn't start up when I start Max or add a plugin in Live 9.S4racen wrote:Most testers have upgraded to Yosemite and thats where the common problem of Java has been reported...Stromkraft wrote:What indicates Max 7 testing here?S4racen wrote:Are you Max 7 testing?
