Ive email tech support 4 days ago and I havent recived a response yet. Id like to see my upgrade options bu twhen I plug in my serial # I get this..

Sorry-- this serial number has already been used for upgrading.

Please help Ableton ASAP.

please have in mind that mostly the complete Ableton crew is in their xmas/new year vacation. So if you sent an email 4 days ago it was on the 25th or 26th which are free days here in germany.

Our support man Christian is working on Monday again, so please have still a litte patience.

Btw: If you have already a valid Live 2 serial number (6 x 4 digits) you can easily donwload the update from the download site.
Please read what Bernd wrote here http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2045 especially point 3.
