Is anyone using a Hudl 2 and if so, what apps are you using with it?

A Hudl is just an Android tablet. Are you asking which apps we use on our Android tablets, or do you mean specifically apps that are available for the Hudl?
There's a remote controller for Android here which comes in free and paid-for versions.
There's also a tablet-based DAW called Caustic which comes with about 10 different instruments including drums, bass, several synths, vocoder, etc, and which can be used to test out ideas and then export MIDI files for import into Ableton.
