Best seasonal deals 2014 edition.

I'm not very good at spotting deals.
I know that this is the time to be taking advantage of special deals if there are things that I am looking for.
I'm looking quite lustily at the Launch Control XL. I saw this bundle, it seems like a moderate deal, but not a steal:

I also noticed the Steal of the Arturia KeyLab / Bitwig combos (50%!).
If anyone has any special seasonal or standard deals or bundles for hardware, software, apps that they think look pretty promising, please post them here. Or make a better thread on the topic

I got an email coupon from Guitar Center for 15% off anything that isn’t already on sale…and 20% off from Musicians Friend (that you can also use at Guitar Center).

That honestly looks pretty awesome. 64 pressure sensitive pads, with a row of encoders on top (no LED rings unfortunately), and plenty more buttons?! If this is in the same price range as the Lauchpad then this is killer!
Why have I never heard if this before, why is your page from Argentina and how much is 1017 ARS in a more common currency?!
Edit: So I found out that's less than 100 Euros
Where can I get this here?!

I’ve been getting Black Friday emails all day long…but not from anybody or on anything I am interested in.

I think some music related companies just do some “holiday madness!” sale you may not even find out about until after this weekend. Not a good idea if people with limited funds are itching to pull the trigger in the next couple days on just about anything that sounds remotely good.

I think we are trained to want to get good deals on Friday. And now, even when the deals are not that great, we must 'participate' to feel satisfied, even if it means a mild discount on something you had no interest in.

i was so pissed last year after SSL offered the X-Panda for $999 on black friday weekend, and then they reneged when they saw how popular it was. i tried to order from several different shops, all had the same story- "SSL offered the price, then said they can't fulfill most of the orders". i'm not sure if anyone actually got one at that price. they gave me a free plug-in suite, but i'm too annoyed to EVER pay for anything SSL again. still pissed.

Black friday = we (the shareholders) need you (the general public) to keep spending money between seasonal peaks to keep our balance sheets looking healthy.
In the future we may have such days as:
VST day. Celebrate i.e spend money....remembering the anniversary of Virtual studio technology
Kramer Day (a waves fan favorite). Celebrate .... The deftness of EQ positioning and fader riding of one of the greats. Not only can you have the same EQ settings but now you can spend more on authentic waves emulations of Kramers fingers.
Live unplugged day. Celebrate ..... Life before ableton live. Experience a day of the thrills in composition and sequencing, where real musicians play real instruments in realtime. New packs available in the shop.
