How do i access the midi information recorded by my foot controller? or for any parameter i set up in, for example: Sampler > Midi

If you mean an expression pedal connected to a hardware synth or keyboard controller, that is usually CC#4.

where would my 'pitch bend' on my push be recorded in ableton ?
