sound design advice creating a Air Raid Siren + Arp/Sequence

HI!
I am stumped on how to make or where to sample the siren used throughout the following track: "Duck sauce - Everyone (feat. Teddy Toothpick)" also there is an arp/sequence it comes in (around 1:30) it sounds very straightforward but I can't get a synth to make a similar sound...
I have ableton 9 suite with all the free expansion packs and synths it comes out of the box with, Maschine MK2 software V1 (i've never used the software I use it as a controller for serato loops and cues) , NI Massive and Arturia Minimoog original, tyrell nexus- and I'm on a mac...
frrom some of my latest research- I have found the Federal Signals HT1000 thunderbolt Air raid siren to be very close in pitch and the cycle time of the one used in the track... there is one sound in free/sound/dot/org called carterattack that starts off in the right pitch but the length of the cycle doesn't seem to match up-
I also believe some house / acid tracks in the early 90's used similar sirens as stabs or accents... I know i've heard that same tone in much shorter bursts or stutters in the past- I just cannot remember what tracks-
thank you so much everyone for taking the time to read my post
