make flash cards. put them in your bathroom. anytime you go #2, promise yourself to learn at least 2 new shortcuts.

There are a few if you look in amazon, there is also "editors keys" website.

All the reviews I have read say that the keys may not be up to date. Seems like a crapshoot.
