BRONSON.

Continuing on with my fascination of all things Tom Hardy.

It's easily in my top 5 acting performances of all time. It's fucking amazing.

Oh, the movie is also fantastic.

Had to look up Tom Hardy. Rings a bell because there’s been a lot of talk of him being the current It Guy lately, but looking at all the movies he’s been in I’ve only seen a small handful of them and he still doesn’t standout to me. :x

What's wrong with: Ableton Forum • View topic - films n shit? Too old - too long? :x

Mostly because when people are looking for a movie thread most people don't think of typing in "films" or "films n shit" in the search. :x

Aha! :x Brits vs. Gringos... You never say film(s)?

Another one: Ableton Forum • View topic - Recommend some good indie/obscure films please?

“Film” is used by the “I don’t even own a TV” crowd and has a perceived arrogance to it. That’s why it’s called a “film festival”. You just assume everything presented is going to be quality and you won’t be exposed to a Michael Bayesque “movie”.

:x

The problem with the films and shit thread is that it spun out of control and was chock full of wretched, obscure films that 99.9% of the time were absolutely fucking horrible. It was more like 'post the most obscure shit imaginable and call it GENIUS or ART'.

One More Thing :x

Just so's I'm perfectly clear - any film that's only available on motherfucking Vimeo has a 97.547% chance of being complete shit.

Whiplash was probably one of the better movies I saw this year, the drumming in the second half is scary good.

If this thread doesn't wither soon, it will follow exactly the same path ;-)

Which I btw, unsurprisingly perhaps, fully support,
because I downloaded and enjoyed almost every single one

same thing

Brits = Gringos :x

I'm going to keep plugging Mr. Nobody cuz I haven't seen anything I've liked more than that flick lately... I've been trying to work my way to Wolf of Wall Street.

I watched the latest Hunger Games (Mocking Jay) and liked it, but it's like eating half a sandwich when you're really hungry.

Divergent was interesting enough for a rainy day.
