Live 2.01 crashes if Orange Vocoder Plugin is in VST Plugins

Hi there!
I've upgraded to 2.01. Everytime I start up Live it crashes until I remove the Orange Prosoniq Vocoder.
This was not happening at all with v.1.52.
Tibook 867, OS 9, 768 Meg Ram
Does anybody have an idea?
