I got a push recently and noticed it's curved slightly upward, if you look at it straight on from the side...

Is this by design for extra strength/ergonomics or do I have a defective unit?

Very slight...

It looks as if the frame was made slightly bent. Shouldn't be a problem but I don't think it's supposed to be like that. Mine is flat from what I can tell.

Anyone else have a NEW Push that is slightly curved as such?

It would be easier to see if you had a picture of what it looks like if you squint along the side. But it should be perfectly straight.

Does it wobble?

I have a new Push and it is not curved like this.

It doesn't wobble and is perfectly functional otherwise.

The buttons in the center uniformly curve less than 1/64ths of an inch in difference from the sides to the center, I'm not sure if that's the same difference with the body of the unit.

Even though this was a brand new, factory sealed unit, the dealer specifically states that I must deal with Ableton support after it has been opened. [American Musical Supply]
I assume that would entail a shipping to Germany, unless they have a US service/replacement center.

I think I'll just be keeping the unit as is, it's not a major problem for this type of product, I was just curious.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about it. It may actually make the unit stronger
