new features:
- Presets
- On/Off Button for ModMatrix slots
- Extended Hive public beta serial till first quarter of 2015
- Keyboard style switch

Bugfixes:
- Synth Engine buttons now working when 'Link' is enabled
- Dropped '%' for Vibrato
