the off-grid motion; groovey atmospheric experimental dance

here's an EP i've been working on for a little while;

the name 'off-grid motion' is both a reference to the loose rhythms and also to the idea of moving off the proverbial grid (in the sense of stepping outside the status quo, and in environmental/electrical terms - as that is where we are probably (& hopefully) headed).
the initial inspiration for the EP came about during April 2014, after a psychedelic picnic with some friends in the forest outside of Berlin. i wanted to write something with a theme of optimism - we live in strange times, and there's a lot that can bring you down… so i wanted to try and encourage a more positive feeling. and at the same time, it's aimed towards the more adventurous dancefloor.
