Midi tracks have no "Midi To" output option?

I'm routing a vocoder with NI Razor. My midi tracks have no output option to send Midi... they only have an "Audio To" option. Do I have my settings wrong?

When you place an audio effect on a track, it becomes an audio track.
Midi cannot be EQ'ed.
If you remove the audio fx, it will act as a midi channel with midi out.
