Transfering Halion VST librairies between PCs

Hi all,

I did a lot of songs with Ableton Live and multitimbral Halion Sonic VST plugin. NOw I have a new Pc and when I'm opening a song created with my old Pc, Halion Sonic didnt show (and didn't play of course!) my instruments !!! I did the same default setup when I installed Halion application. Any idea ?? Where's the instruments setup information is store in an Ableton Live document ??
