Btw, after several mail with ableton team, I can guess this Will be à feature for next Ableton major version. Il follow the bêta versions and clearly , the changlogs are too small for such a request.

Forgive the poor quality of my narration... there is a latency in my screencast software and it's very distracting... nonetheless, I hope it helps!

Thx for this workaround (trick i already experiment). Maybe i'm wrong but i'm pretty sûre it does not resolve the problem. It is not convenient if you have many tracks as you have to duplicate and launch them manualy. What if you want to play realtime and change your instrument params (as you're on a midi track) ? It will lead to some other workaround like using a midimapper, but this leads to an over complicated environment.
Arrangement mode still remain the simplest way yo achieve what is asked. We only wait Ableton understand ans believe we are on thé right way before we can perform live and record at the samedi time
