Is there a way, maybe an external vst, to create realtime midi loops in arrangement view?

You can switch between arrangement and session while arrangement is playing.....

For example I got an arrangement playing a MIDI bass line, now on my Push I hit a blank session grid space to start the session looping, I quickly switch to note mode on that track and record my loop, session view again to hit the same session grid spot and that'll start the loop.

There is a "Back to Arrangement" button that will go back to the arrangement bass line.
